I like to think of projects that I get involved in as very significant world changing events, but when it really comes down to it, most visual art is just communicating a passing feeling. This depresses me, and then I'm also reminded that most of the time I am just doing commercial art that is just to make money anyway so why am I so wrapped up in it. Day to day I just very much enjoy what I am actually doing regardless of final product, this keeps me happy and keeps me producing. I began using the computer as a medium at about 4 years old messing around on a commodore 64 paint program with a rudimentary drawing tablet. My first 2d animation was when I was 11 using deluxe paint on an Amiga 2000. My first 3d animation was when I was 14 on a Amiga video toaster using Lightwave. I got my first job in the gaming industry at 20 working for Microsoft, where I stayed for 6 years and Made most notably crimson skies II. In 2006, I started working for Airtight Games which was a bunch of guys that left Microsoft to start their own company. I've worked with all of them before and they are good friends so I am happy now. I guess I never expected to do anything else with my life besides art and computer graphics. There are many other aspects of life that I love such as science, psychology, and religions, but I won't get into that right now.
